DELIVERY TO THE U.K

When ordering from within the U.K , please use our Royal mail parcel post service. We usually maintain a large stock in our warehouse for the goods on offer, in most cases we aim to process and despatch your order within 28 working days, if you have ordered a made to measure or direct from the manufacturer order we aim to process your order within 36 working days. Please note that the delivery times above are all estimates and we will not be held liable for any failure to deliver within the set time. We will notify you if for any reason that your order will take significantly longer to process and deliver. All orders will be charged at £3.95 for the first item or metre and after that a charge of 0.25p for every other item or metre ordered. All parcels will be insured for loss against us

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE U.K When ordering from outside the U.K, please use our internationly signed for service otherwise your order will not processed or despatched. We aim to despatch your order within 28 working days, if you have ordered a made to measure or direct from the manufacturer order we aim to process and despatch your order within 36 working days. Please note that the delivery times above are all estimates and we will not be held liable for any failure to deliver within the set time. We will notify you if for any reason that your order will take significantly longer to process and delver. All orders will be charged at £10.00 for the first item or metre and after that a charge of 0.50p for every other item or metre ordered. All parcels will be insured for loss against us.

LOST AND DELAYED PARCELS WE DO NOT CONSIDER CLAIMS TO BE LOST UNTIL 15 DAYS AFTER THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE USING 1ST CLASS POST AND 10 WORKING DAYS USING SPECIAL DELIVERY, IF UNSURE PLEASE EMAIL US FOR A TRACKING NUMBER, DUE TO THE POSTAL STRIKE PARCELS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN NORMAL TO DELIVER. WE WILL NOT SEND A DUPLICTE ORDER OUT UNTIL 15 OR 10 DAYS HAVE LASPED AFTER POSTING

RETURNS AND REFUNDS PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NON-RIGID CONSTRUCTION OF NET CURTAINS, THE DROP IS ALWAYS APPROXIMATE AND MAYBE SLIGHTLY LONGER OR SHORTER Under the UK distance selling act of 2000 you, the customer, have the right to cancel the order within 7 days. The 7 days begin from the date you recive your order. To be entitled to cancel your order the item must be unsed and in a resable condtion and must be returned at your expense, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage because we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We have the right to to refuse a refund if any of the above do not compily. Cut off the roll and made to measure and direct from the manufacturer, we can not offer a refund if you have made a error in your sizes or you change your mind about the design, or if you have pulled the strings on the curtain tape, this is because all our products are made to measure in accoordence with a customers specific requirements, we would urge you to measure your windows carefully and contact us if you have any queries

FAULTY GOODS If any of your order you receive is faulty please contact us by email for a returns number, NO PARCELS will be accepted at our warehouse if you do not have a authorised returns number and your parcel will be returned to you at your expense

POSTAGE CHARGE Please note if the website does not add a postage charge on to your order,

NO GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED, we check all payments on our system for postage charges, we will send you a seperate invoice for you to pay and once this payment has been received then your order will start to be processed.
